In the countdown to Achema 2015, Fabio Mariani gives us a preview of some of the technological innovations and services that Remoin offers the pharmaceutical, chemical and food industries..
In the design and construction of specific plant engineering for the pharmaceutical industry, the Italian company Remoin is offering new proposals and services to the market. For example, the development of the engineering phases with ‘solid work’ systems, which have noteworthy advantages for the client. Other solutions of research and development will also be presented in 2015, during the Achema exhibition in Frankfurt. “Furthermore,” marketing manager Fabio Mabriani explains, “we are proposing a new service of post-sale assistance for our systems. This involves remote assistance contracts which greatly optimise times and costs for the client.” Remoin creates turnkey systems for the production, storage and distribution of WFI (Water for Injection) distilled water, purified water, distribution circuits of clean steam, process piping, preparation rooms with automatic CIP/SIP (Cleaning in Place/Sterilisation in Place) systems management and recipes specifically designed for the pharmaceutical, chemical and food ndustries. “We design these systems according to ISPE (International Society for Pharmaceutical Engineering), the US FDA (Food and Drug Administration) and CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) recommendations. We export all over the world, but our most successful markets are Russia, Kazakhstan and the United Arab Emirates. At the moment, our agents are busy on the international markets, though every so often we have to employ new staff in those areas in which we have less coverage. This is why, throughout 2014, we will invest in increasing our team of agents and thereby strengthen some markets. The goal at the heart of this strategy is to increase turnover by at least 20% - in fact, 2013 marked an increase in turnover of 40%.”
